good value, unique floorplans, very comfortable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/28/2001 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000   Lived here a little over 3 years - enjoyed the unique layout and space in a 2 bedroom w/study, 2 bath apartment - lots of windows - larger covered deck - washer/dryer hookups (& sometimes washer/dryer included) - 1 assigned 3-sides-covered parking space (included in rent) and additional uncovered spaces available - walking distance to grocery store, but set back in quiet area - older place (mid-80s) so not as pricey as new complexes in area - very comfortable!
