This place would be better served as a mental institution or half-way house. Drugs, booze and violence seem to be the norm. Most of the time you are afraid to step outside your piece of crap apartment. Management and owners are a big joke. They are after the money and could care less about anything else. Probobly the biggest mistake I ever made was moving in here and the best decision I ever made was getting out of here as quick as possible.
