Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I had many items missing throughout my lease. I could never prove it was the maintenance guys, but I know it was. Who else had keys' NO ONE. I also spent the better part of a day cleaning my little apartment. Scrubbed everything and even steam cleaned my already dirty carpets. I got less then 1/4 of my deposit back. Don't even waste your time cleaning, leave it a hell of a mess and eat the measly 200 bucks. Upon move-out they kept the Xcel bill in my name for another 2 months.
