This is the worst office people I have ever dealt with. Not only where they rude and inconsiderate. They are outright mean. There are numerous break in's. Make sure you don't have a stereo in your car, you might wake up and have it missing. I can't get over how bad this place is. When I was renting and signing the documents I though I found a good place to live, boy was I wrong. I called up Carmel Properties to tell them about how poor the management and apartments where and they WOULDN'T let me speak to a manager. I had to go on voice mail. Never did get a call back. Actually had to stop by. This by far is the worse apartment complex in colorado, stay far away from this place.
