I currently live here and will move as soon as my lease is up! Mostly due to the way the management here has delt with me. They are rude, very impersonable and most importantly - they make very poor business decisions pertaining to retaining clientel.
Example - rent due on prior to 9:00am on the fourth. I walked into the office at 9:05. The deposit had obviously not been made, but they informed me there would be a $40.00 dollar late fee charged! For five minutes! I hope the $40 late fee is worth losing a tenant over.
