One of the biggest problems with this apartment complex, aside from the idiotic managerial staff, is the noise. The walls are extremely thin allowing you to hear practically everything from every apartment surrounding your own. If you do decide to complain to management, they will just ignore you.

Observations about the management: Young women who do not know the difference between "personal" and "personnel." It takes the entire office staff to monitor the inflating of one balloon.
