If you like fun people, you will like living here. There is always something going on. A lot of us young people live here. I have never had an unpleasant experience at Greenwood Point. It is always fun and they have really good rental discounts. (Just don't pay full price because it is NOT worth it). If you like to have a good time, you will fit right in!

More like, if you like to drink and do drugs then live here. This apartment is such a dump and is filled with young, immature drug addicts. If you are a responsible adult and have kids that need a healthy environment, then this is not the place for you.

Response to nparks -- I have lived here for 4 years, have a now 13 year daughter, and TRUE there are young, immature druggies that live here, but they LIVE EVERYWHERE, open your eyes. I am a very mature adult and I TEACH my child about drugs; Might want to try to teach your kids a little bit about young druggies and you wouldn't have such a problem with them. These people aren't pushers!! Try spending some time with your kids and filling them in on the facts of life and maybe you wouldn't have to worry so much that they might make the wrong decision when they are out there on their own. If you leave these immature fools alone, they are harmless. Greenwood Point is a great place to live and fun. Have never had a problem with any druggies, but I've taught my daughter how to handle people like that because they are everywhere, not just at Greenwood Point.
