Imagine paying $900.00 a month to live in a dirty apartment, where repairs take weeks to get, your car can be towed on a whim, and the three women employeed in the management office are dumber than a stack of bricks, and you have Greenwood Point. Add to that, the amenities of gated living in a place where the security gate has been broken for eight months, and they walk into your apartment whenever they fell like it, and you my friend, will know what Hell is. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of living in in my whole life. You are constantly bombarded by requests to move your car for "maintenance" that never happens,checkups by management staff on a regular basis at 8:00 am, and neighbors with nothing better to do than deal drugs out of their apartments. There is dog feces everywhere, and no place for kids to play even though their rental brochures suggest a "free entry to Fields elementary school's playground" (which for the last 11 months has been padlocked.) Basically if you love throwing away money on nothing, then the luxuries of Greenwood Point are for you. They should change the sign out front from "Our Residents make Greenwood Point a great place to Live" to "We are dumb, money stealing fools who are here to make your life Hell." Enjoy at your own risk!!

Although I think the Office Staff is very frindly and kind, I agree with everything else....the dog feces...playground...gates...clearing out parking lots for no reason, towing your car away..etc.etc.etc... After my lease is up, will not renew. Was okay with situation, until tried to make a maintance request a week ago for a major problem...and still waiting :( Sorry Greenwood Point, it was fun while it lasted)
