We have lived here for four years and, for the most part, has been one of the best places we have lived. The office staff, when we first moved in, was kind of flakey, but they have drastically improved that. I feel very comfortable when my 13 year old daughter goes out during the day to play with her friends around the property. There are a few unruly people who move in, but I have found that they usually don't last more than 6 months top. We live on a top floor, so don't have to worry about noise above; although there are a few immature people who move in, party, play their music loud, but I complain and it usually stops within a fews days of my complaint. And, like I said, they usually don't even last 6 months. The pool is just THE BEST in the summer time. Me and my daughter would spend all day out there if we could, and their pool parties they throw every year are so much fun. The rent keeps going down every year, and we usually get problems fixed within a weeks' time, usually quicker, when we ask for it. Parking isn't too great, people like to park their second, third and fourth cars all in front, but there could be worse things. We always seem to find a spot close to home. We love this place and would definately recommend it others. Thanks Greenwood Point for giving us a great home these past few years!!
