Greenwood Point is hands down the best place I've ever lived. Great place for young families with children. It's close to Englewood Rec center where my daughter takes dance. There is a preschool close by and the nearest elementary school is literally in my back yard. The management staff always give birthday cards to tenants. The welcome pack always includes a free pizza as well as a blockbuster gift card, and information about the neighborhood. When you go to look at an apartment, the staff will show you the actual apartment where you're going to live so what you see is what you get. There are washer/dryer hookups in every unit as well as on site laundry facilities. The walk-in closets are huge! The maintenance staff is very attentive and requests are fulfilled within hours of making the request. Security is pretty good. I think that they contract with an outside company because the guards have different uniforms and badges. The only issue that I have is the gate gets stuck open from time to time. It's not a big deal though, because the area seems pretty safe, and the guards make rounds regularly through out the night. Because it is so affordable here, there are occasional unruly tenants, but they usually move out after 6 mos or so. I moved out about a year ago and came right back because I love it here so much. I have a long drive to work now, but compared to the last apartment i was in it's definitely worth it.

State of Colorado has been notified of the Mold conditions that are in most units. It is a public / health hazard. I can???t imagine whether you can spell or not is an issue. I believe the issue is: Why would you put the health of yourself or your family at risk. Mold is as big of a hazmat issue as a meth lab. Wake up somebody at Greenpoint is selling you a BMW and you???re getting a Geo Metro/Pinto. (Pinto???s were taken off the market after several of them blew up in rear end car crashes.)
