I have lived in greenwood point for less then six months. I hate every thing about it the parking sucks if you are not home before four pm you have to walk from you car the is parked in the very last space in the whole parking lot. The noise level here sucks. I had three adults move in above me they are constantly being loud either with their surround sound booming through the floor (which by the way the ask you to keep turned down or not have one) or are stomping running jumping until midnight. then when the people next to us bang on the walls we get the notice to be quite. telling the office about the problems does nothing they call or send a letter. then if you call the so called security guard that they have it take him one to two hours to respond to the calls. the up keep on the place is crap to because if you want some thing fixed you wait weeks to have it done. so after reading this please reconsider for you benefit.
