The apartments are all huge, with pantries and lots of windows (top floor skylights in uppper apts). However, the buildings are getting old and have a lot of repair issues (leaks, older pipes, high/low spots on the floor, single pane glass on all windows). But the mangagement is great and really on top of repairs. It's one of the nicest complexes for the money in Denver.
