This was one place I simply couldn't wait to move out of. While we lived there we got bedbugs, no idea where they came from, the entire building had them, and the management didn't do anything until it had spread to everyone. Then all they did was call out an exterminator, that didn't work. Six months of buggy hell until we moved. There was mold in the bathrooms, mold under the kitchen sink. The siding kept ripping off our building, I would often take pieces of it to the office for reattachment. The management was unhelpful and constantly absent. The --- one was on coffee break more than onsite. The lots were horribly maintained, the potholes got so big they destroyed my car's rims and tore out the sidewall on one tire. Management wouldn't pay for the repairs, neither would they fix the potholes. I complained countless times as one pothole became over three feet wide, five feet long, and almost 8 inches deep! It was still there when we moved... The landscaping was nightmarish, there was no sprinkler system, though they were slowly installing one. The grass was dead and brown the entire time we lived there, but the weeds were prolific. I was embarrassed to invite guests over simply because they had to walk through the complex to get to us. The uneven stairs and bent ugly railings were just as bad. This place is CERTAINLY not handicap friendly either! The laundry was poorly maintained and the people who used it were rude and unsanitary. Machines sat broken, they often overflowed, and there were three dryer fires while we lived there. Kids run around unattended, often screaming outside our building by 7am on Saturdays. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and the horrible management style has me warning everyone away from any apartment owned by Omni.
