OK overall

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. The management has improved greatly with Clint and Dee. The maintenance guys are really nice and respond quickly. The apartments are MASSIVE (best feature of Kimberly Village) and have lots of closet space. I don't hear my neighbors on either side of me, but I do hear the people above me, if I were to move here again I'd get a second floor apartment to minimize the overall noise level and, and have vaulted ceilings. The rent is very cheap for 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. My apartment is pretty well maintained, I have had the ceiling leak a couple of times (but they are working on it), I do not have any mold in my apartment. Having to walk to the laundry room is inconvenient. My neighbors aren't great, they have many people over all the time so that gets really annoying. There's a nice park really close by, I think this is a good place for people who have pets. My husband and I are going to move at the end of the year to a place that has a washer and dryer, is quieter, and looks nicer overall, however it's MUCH smaller and costs more. So I guess it all depends on what is really important to you if you decide to move here.
