When I moved into these apartments they were managd by Omni Prpoerty, s since 2 years ago, it changed to Riverstone. Riverstone has allowed this property to go to hell.These apartmnets have big spacious rooms but that is the only good thing about them. The property is nasty , cig butts all over the property, dog doo that residents refuse to pick up. Trash and leaves form November gather around all entrances. Secondly, There is a nice pool that is claimed to be heated but isnt, and it is usually closed down Mondays and Tuesday of each week in the summer because it goes unattented all weekend and not cleaned. THe laundry rooms are alwys nasty, lint and full trash cans that go all weekend undumped. I have witnessed children unattented throughout the complex playing in the clubhouse and weight room. On 2 seperate occasions, I have also witnessed children pouring bleach into washers of other residents laundry I have reported this activity to DEE and AMANDA in which I get the same response, " well there is nothing we can do about it." NOTHING ONE CAN DO' I also live next door to 4 adults, 2 of the four adults are the orginal Tenants.THe other two were roomamtes aquired online. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE' ARE THEY SEX OFFENDERS' ARE THEY FELONS' WE WONT KNOW BECAUSE ARE APT ALLOW THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY. Do not waste your tie or money this apartment complex is not all that appears to be.
