I have lived here only 6 months, but overall, I think Kimberly Village is a nice place to live. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate it a 7. I have good neighbors, I have had no problems with the complex staff. The grounds do need some TLC, and could be better maintained. There are many kids unsupervised but they are not extremely loud or disrespectful, but the parents should be watching them. My apartment is very spacious with large closets and a storage closet and I like the layout of my apartment. It is extremely quiet here. I would recommend this complex. You need to understand that when you move to any apartment complex there are going to be some issues and loud people.
