I lived at kimberly woods for 3 years now and as I'm living I can only think that it's been allright. 3 things i can say watch their billing sometimes there"full proof system" cannot add. When they split the gas bill between aprt they refuse to show how the break down works and how much everyone is paying esppically durring the winter this can get way out of control in febuary (a month i was gone quite alot) I payed $1200 to kimberly woods (my base rent is $650 so i think that there is a ton of improvement to be done there last but not least don't walk on the grass seems like everyone here has a dog (including myself) and we all take our dogs into the grass to relieve them selfs alot of people are not vey nice and don't pick up after thier pet. Other wise everything else is great overall i've been pretty happy here. I'm moving to AZ otherwise i'd stay here.
