Michelle is quite unfriendly. Rsst of staff is great. The way the heat is divided by square footage VS how many in apartment or being metered, as is the water bill, is completely unfair. They say there is no meter and therefore can't tell you if what you pay is fair or not! You may have heat at 70 all of the time while someone else has it at 80 and one tenant SHOULD NOT PAY FOR OTHERS. As I said, same goes for water. One apartment may have 4 people in it and same size next door may be 1 person but paying the same for water! There are kids running and screaming at all hours in the summer and on weekends and sometimes during the week. Have seen some very shady characters hanging around as well and they run when confronted about what they are doing lurking by trash containers. Snow removal equipment is scraping lot at 2 and 3 in the morning!!! Yes, need lot scraped but also need sleep!!
