Kimberly Woods is a wonderful apartment complex. I have lived here for about one year and have never had a problem!!!! The biggest talking point of this complex is the management and maintenance. Both are INCREDIBLE. Michelle has been at Kimberly Woods for almost 11 years and she is always extremely friendly. It is obvious why the complex is in such good shape. Also, the new assistant manager Brandon is really great too- I have had to come to the office for a couple of different minor problems and he has been very efficent and kind when helping me. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
