You never know what your rent will be month to month because it fluctuates based on gas usage. The bad thing about this that the gas is averaged per bldg based on your square footage so if you are conservative with heat/ gas, you get to pay for your neighbors. They drive up the cost of your rent bill 100-150 dollars each month. I have also experienced getting an eviction notice when I did in fact pay rent and this has happened several times. They make you prove that you paid after they have already cashed your check. They need to get their computer together because this is embarrassing and inconvenient! Also must say that Brandon is pretty cool for the most part but the other staff members are not, they are not helpful and condescending. They could not care less about being friendly, or providing good customer service .its not my fault they hate their chosen profession. They make it seem as if you are bothering them by asking simple questions.

I also live here at Kimberly Woods and it doesn't take a genius to figure out the gas. As another reviewer noted, its metered by building and divided by square footage of the apartment. Michelle explained this to me when I moved in, as I would assume she does to everyone. I've had wonderful experiences with the office/maintenance staff who are always ready to help and very friendly. Perhaps you should consider how you talk to people when criticizing their reaction to you. This website seems to be the place where whiners and people who don't read their leasing paperwork come to vent their frustrations at their own stupidity. Shame.

You do not know me, my attitude, intelligence, or my experiences. This site is for everyone to give their OWN ratings and opinions about the apartment, not about each other GENIUS. You have your opinions and I have mine???besides you are probably a staff member retaliating because if you were not why do you care so much? Or is it that you have nothing better going on in your life that you must find random strangers to verbally attack to make yourself feel important? Hmm, I would not want you as a neighbor I don???t think you help the place seem any homier.
