Over all I'm pretty happy here and I feel safe. My neighbors are quiet and freindly. I live on the second floor with cats and I don't completely trust them with the old screens. I pay for a covered parkinging spot and it looks like if you don't and come home at the wrong time you would have trouble finding a spot that is close. They don't remove snow until late morning most of the time and when I leave for work at seven I have to be careful going down the stairs. I don't like they way the charge you for gas. My base rent is $684. Through the winter I was paying close to $900. Rent for May was $815. Rent for April was $813. This makes no sence to me. Its warm how is the gas payment $37' My lease is up in a few months and I was looking for somewhere eles, but it looks like most places base rent is a lot higher. I like the fact that the kids can run around without a lot of supervision. That makes me feel safe.
