My apartment itself is fine, and the management is nice and have been helpful. However, the people that live directly below me are constantly making noise, I have walked by the pool more than once to hear people screaming expletives, and I was woken up once by the police outside my window responding to a car being broken into in the parking lot. I would recommend living somewhere else if you can afford it.
