These people will try to suck every little penny out of you before you leave them. Any chance they get to impose some kind of charge or fee on their tenants they jump all over it. It doesn't matter if you've lived for years and have been a good tenant and have paid all your rent on time, their ditzy, rude, indifferent customer service agents could care less! Don't fall for their "adminstration fee" hoax either. You think you're putting down a deposit but it's actually a non-refundable "adminstration fee".
