From Hampden Ave., these apartments may look cozy and charming, but don't judge this book by its cover. Besides being awakened by helicopters flying to the nearby hospital, you'll often hear sirens up and down Hampden, have your personal possesions stolen, or hear people partying in the community pool late into the night. In the last year, my car has been broken into and a guest's car was stolen. Please, if you value your privacy and your personal belongings, don't sign a lease here!

I lived at the marks in 2004 and my car was also broken in to. The marks did not do anything i requested as far as security (I asked for another light in the parking lot of 1226.) I complained several times about the people living above me making noise at all hours of the night, (3am parties with beer and dancing) and nothing was ever done. I enjoyed living there for the most part, but the rent was too high for the risk of getting my car broken into again.
