There are hundreds of residents that live here and with those that have commented so far, may need to re-examine them-selves. This place isn't the greatest but it's by far not the worst. The fitness center is WOW for the price of rent and the hot-tubs and pools, well, I couldn't be more joyful that they actually work and stay hot. A w/d in every unit, most places make you pay for it additional, not here. Beyond that, the service is good and location is ok. As for crime, violence...haven't seen or heard anything yet in the months we've been here. Although, like many apartment campuses, there are those that smoke/drink, that's what people choose to do with their bodies. As for the quietness, on a 1-10 scale, I would give it a 3 for it could be worse but at least I get a good night rest.

On bad side, unit's don't stay warm, terrible insulation. I had better insulation in Texas. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
