I lived here from Nov 2005 to Aug 2008 and I am so happy I am not here anymore. When I first moved in (2 bed, 2 bath) I was paying 715 a month which is about what I had expected. By the time I moved out I was paying 935. I was working in the field when I first moved in so I was gone for 2-4 weeks at a time and home for about 1 1/2-2 weeks. Then I got a nice office job but work graveyards. The day is noisy as hell there! The neighbors kids would hit the walls, the landscapers, the guy with the loud car stereo, crying baby downstairs, noisy sex upstairs and the heavy smoker/pot head drunks caddy corner from me that stunk up the entire hallway. I also couldn't use any of the pools or gym becuase of my hours. When I got home from work I would have to park two buildings away which was just annoying. After a while you just say to hell with it. Oh, I also had wasps inside my unit that were coming through the air duct. Instead of calling the exterminators they just waited for the freeze as it was mid Nov at the time. That pissed me off pretty good considering it happened every year.

I was a day sleeper when I lived there too, and it didn't matter how many times I asked my neighbors to stfu at 10am they would stompy stomperton around in their kitchen. There was little respect or security. My car was broken into there right in front of the building because there was insufficient light to discourage anyone from doing it. It was so dark they could've broken into everyone's car and no one would've noticed (mind the car alarms.) I agree with this post.
