Cherry Creek Gardens is over priced

This is just your average suburban apartment complex near Denver. I personally think the rent is too high for what it has to offer. The weight room has been vandalized here and apparently it will be out of service for quite some time. When you sign up here they also want you to sign a waiver which exonerates them from any damages that you may incur, even if it isn't your fault! My lease runs out here soon, and I'm already looking for another place.
