Rent is cheap for a reason

95% of the renters here are Mexican service workers. LOTS of drugs, fighting, yelling, vandalism, trash, etc. The grounds are trashed, the parking is a joke, the weight room has never been open in the 8 months I've lived here, and the pool is a diseased swamp.
The management and employees change so much, that I have rarely seen the same person more than once in the office. Pay your rent on time - get an eviction notice. Put in a service order to have something fixed - wait for months and it never gets done.
The rental agreement is HUGE, and is basically designed to cover AIMCO's ass under any and all circumstances. Must give 90 days written notice to move out - what is that''' Complaints to upper management are met with no actions being taken.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The rent may be cheap, but it's not worth it by a long shot. I cannot wait to get out of this dump.
