I would like add my two cents to this community, about what has been good, what has been bad and what has been outright disgusting !!!

I disagree with the fact that this becomes Thrid World Mexico just bcoz we have Mexican Natives living here. They are just as human as anybody else and if you have lived in a community of young American college students this would resemble it all the way through.

But, why the discontent, if these people had been controlled right from the word GO then things would not have got out of hand.

So who is to point fingers at ' I say the management for the following facts:

1) Disorganized -> Sending you monthly dues when there are not any -- Fight them and you would realize its all a HOAX to get some money !
2) Lying -> Promised a clean pool, a fixed tennis court, a club house --> never seen it getting fixed and presentable.
3) Incompetent -> Ready to change terms on lease for their convenience to get some more money from Tenants, but will not change details on it, if they have made blaring errors in the Lease themselves.
4) Disrespecting -> If you go in and question a bill that they sent you then better put your self respect behind, as there is a WHITE AMERICAN LADY (supposedly) who is not from Thrid World Mexico who would treat you like dirt. Absolutely no courtesy at all and dont blame the -------- for that !

They seemed to have turned a new leaf and are changing the appearance, but I would not trust this bcoz it is still not worth the hassle !
I have lived here since Mar 03 and will be gladly moving out very very soon :-) Dont ever make the mistake coz there are better places around the same road which would be a little more on the pocket, but much less on the MIND !!!

P.S: No parking policy which means any body can park, I would walk over to the car dealers next door and ask them to pitch a few sales here !!!
Each Mexican house has 3 cars atleast so get back b4 sunset and be lucky to find a spot !
