These apartments have been all redone and the issues in the past have been resolved. It is unfortunate that because of a preconceived notion all that the work that has been done by the staff is over looked. Yes we live in the real world and sometimes a faucet will leak and some noisy party will disturb everybody and a part needs to be ordered. But if we are reasonable adults we should understand this. Just because things are not perfect that does mean that everything is wrong!

I have found living here in both stages - before the reconstruction and after, that things have changed a lot and for the better and they keep improving. The fitness center is available 24 hours the park is clean and green and residents are friendly.

The new apartment that I transferred to from the old one is much better. The kitchen is spacious and the carpet is brand new and I got rid of the old washer and dryer I was renting because I got a brand new set with this apartment.

So no there is no of course. I have looked around at those "newer" places and they will charge for every thing from the washer and dryer to the use of the fitness center!

So I say everybody should stop being influence by people who sound like spoiled children. And really go down there and take a look for your self.
