This place was a nightmare. It was dirty, the maintenance staff was never there when you requested them, its over priced, I had to park on the street because the lot was always full, Not as they describe over the internet or on the phone. Moved here from NY, and this was my first taste of Denver, not a good one. The pool was nasty and green all summer, The "clubhouse and workout facilities were closed for repair and will open shortly" they said...it never did in the year that I was there. The property management is the worst I've seen. Not the best area either. Definatly look somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. By the way, I cleaned that place so good and left it in better condition then it was when I moved in, and I am STILL fighting with them for my security deposit back!...STAY AWAY! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
