We moved here from another state and decided on Peakview place because of the renting agents telling us of all the upgrades, etc. Well we moved into a 3 br/2 ba apt, and from day one had nothing but problems with the apt. There were too many to mention here, but every month there was something. And hot water - forget about it. Oh, and the water bills were outrageous (they go by the number of people in an apt - not actual usage - something not told us at the time we moved in). Oh, and everything has a fee to it - weight room, sattelite tv, etc. But the real problem comes when you move out. Suddenly the office staff don't know how to pro-rate move out costs, and when they quote you something, you can't trust that it's correct. We pride ourselves on paying our bills, in full, on time, and now find ourselves turned over to a collection agency (by the way the rudest people alive)for additional rent owed and yet another fee and interest. The office staff and management is incompetent. They had our new address and phone numbers, and didn't even contact us about these additional amounts owed. Heck, we were waiting for a refund as we were told we would be getting. And by the way, this is 7 months after we moved out!!!

I'm so mad right now that I had to warn others - don't move in here. I've read some of the other comments, and the negative ones are not at all exaggerations.

If you do move in here, don't trust anything the office staff tells you - they are incompetent and the place is mismanaged.
