The rent is inconsistent from apartment to apartment and if you get screwed with a high rental rate you have to change apartments to get a lower rate, for the same floor plan. I was charged $200 more than other renters my first year there. It took 5 months to get closet doors in the hallway. The response time to broken items is terrible. It took 2 months to get the airconditioning fixed at the hottest time of the year. The management actually wants the residents to ban together to make a cleaning crew for the grounds. Excuse me but I thought that is what we pay them for. It's not clean and it's full of rude and disrespectful mexican imigrants that live 12 to an apartment. No joke. Don't live here with kids cuz they will get hit by a car because they don't know what a speed limit is and the women will probably get raped. Its happened before. The staff goes into your apartments without permission. You never know when or why the have been there until something comes up missing. Yes, things have disappeared. The worst management I have ever expierenced. The worst neighbors. It's the getto of Green Village. You can't park because all the -------- have 6 cars per apartment when there should only be 2. And they never get towed or booted but your guests will be towed and booted. Rediculous. AND, the pool is ice freezing cold. We have to go to the neighborhood pool and pay because this pool is to damn cold to saty in it for longer than 2 minutes and this is the 2nd year running. The management said the we're installing a heater and postpones the opening of the pool by 2 weeks but it was never put in. This place would never give a discount towards your rent to compensate there mess up's.
