This place is horrible! Everyone's complaints on this thing are to a T!!! In fact I can't think of any good things to even write about this place. Not one. We were tricked into moving into this place with out even seeing it, (no wonder)by a pushy new-yorkian lady. The B complex faces the busy street(which we were told would hardly ever have any cars on it)and therefor we have to park on the side of the street.(which is similar to broadway) and everytime you open the car door or cross the street it's like having a death wish. Cars fly by going about 50, and will honk at you as if you are in their way. Back to the lovely apartment:the cabinets have almost all fallen off the hinges, the blinds have all fallen off, the hot water is out if too many people in your building use it all, and if you tell the office they will be SO suprised and say "that's weird, that shouldn't happen, because only 2 apartments share the water heater." That's impossible unless the neighbor has a hidden army inside. I never had a problem with the maintenance guys not taking care of something when I asked, or ever being rude or anything. As for the management that's another story. I have never been more pressured into a lease than I was here. My husband and I want to spread the word to anyone we can that these apartments are at the LOWEST end of the totem pole...Our lease is almost up (thank god) and we can't wait to drive away from here and never look back. happy renting!!!
