I pay nearly $670 a month for an apartment. I've been here almost 1 and a half years. Can not put a cooler on my porch, bikes etc.. overnight without getting harassed by management.
Maintenance is horrible (door still not fixed after a year).
I would not rent hear on a bet.
oh and I'm pretty easy to get along with

Why is it that some people use their balconies to store enough car parts and used tires to build another car and not a peep, but other people get threatening nasty notes on their door for keeping a bike out there? Probably the same reason some people can rebuild their cars and drain their oil on the ground with the management blessing but I get yelled at and threatened with a fine for changing my air filter. |
