Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
despite calling themselves an apartment home, this place is far from it.
Maintenance is fine, but rental office staff leaves a lot to be desired.
I'd not move here again if I was paid to, LITERALLY! Rent changing every month is enough to make me not live here. One month my base rent is 899.00 next month base rent is 920.00 I've never heard of a place that has rent that changes per month.
