This is the second complex I've lived in since moving to Denver and I know it's nowhere near as bad as it could be.
The staff here are friendly and the apartments are priced exceptionally well for this area. All of our maintenance needs were handled promtly, and the one time we did have ants they were taken care of within the week. The apartments are nice and warm in the winter and all of our neighbors have been nice.
The parking isn't great after hours, but it's never more than a couple minutes walk to your home. The cookies in the office are amazing.
Expect problems you'd find in any living situation, but overall this place has been a great place to call home for the last year.

The staff speaks out again.
If you are not sure you should believe the bad reviews, just take a drive through the place. Stop off at the clubhouse and check out the pool that is filthy from "undocumented workers" using it to bathe after their days work. Be careful not to trip over the half naked drunks passed out all around building F. Can't entirely blame them. When you live in a tiny apartment with 12 other smelly drunks, the grass in the common area looks pretty comfy.
Take a stroll down to the green belt and check out the shiny new fence that the HOA put up to keep out the vandals from Peakview.
Its a lovely place to move out of. Be careful of the cookies in the office. They don't cover them and the roaches are everywhere.

I posted the original "Stop Whining". It's not like you can't see the grass and the pool and the clubhouse on your tour BEFORE YOU LEASE. You can tell from looking at the apartments that it's not the Ritz. I've lived here for over a year and we've never had a single coachroach. Granted, we live on one of the outer buildings and on the second floor, but bugs have not been a problem.
Try to find a two bedroom two bath in this immediate area that's less than $820 a month. You get what you pay for, and at my last Apt in Aurora there were actually shootings and drunks driving into buildings. This place is not that bad.
