This is a 2 Part Review. The first is about "Racism" in the Peakview Apartments. I've experienced racism since I've lived there. Which has been about 2 years time. From 2007 to current. And I'm moving out "SOON". The Management is racist. The Current Manager "Mary Huffmam-Delasantos" is. Case and point. I've filed at least 12 complaints against a White Female Neighbor of mine in the past. Someone who the previous residents in my apartment complained about also, for the exact same thing. For her stomping loudly on her floor. Which is my ceiling. All of my complaints were pretty-much "IGNORED" by Peakview Management. !But. As soon as a Black Person is reported for any minor violation. That complaint is followed-up by Management. !Immediately. I put up with that crap for almost 2 years time. Until which I got tired of it, and then filed a Hud Complaint against the Peakview Management. Then a Colorado Civil Rights Complaints against them as well. And guess what' They both "STUCK" to them. Like Glue. They're official now. And I had proved to be correct. According to Hud and the Civil Rights Department. So I behoove any Future Black Renters. "NOT" to move into the Peakview Apartments. Based upon these "FACTS".
The second part of my review is about how they attempt to screw you out of your Deposit Money. Aimco and Peakview does. As they "TRUMP-UP" charges for minor crap like holes in the walls during your final inspection. Etc... That's their way to get your Deposit Money during your departure. Aimco are "CROOKS". This "IS NOT" a good place to live. First they try to rip you off during your departure. After they get you to move in. They then ignore any complaints you have against other residents. Especially if your a Black Person, complaining about a White Person. Like I was.

I hate this apartment, I'll post a review as soon as I'm done here... You have to be kidding? I can barely walk my white ass to my car, with my hispanic daughter, and not run into people that I highly doubt have any type of visa to be in this country. You can play your card, I'm sure this isn't the first time. But I completely disagree with your post about this ------ apartment complex. 12 complaints??!! Maybe it's because you're black... maybe it's because you've put in 12 complaints so that you could cry RACISM!!!
