SO. Its cheap. Looks good. The manager at the time was -------. I made numerous complaints about her. She threatened to evict me for not letting her into my apartment. I was leaving and there was no reason for her to be there. In the lease it said she would have to give 24 hours notice before entering. She also rented out the available apartments to her friends getting out of a half way house. I enformed the company that owns the building. They laughed at me and said they knew ------- very well and she wouldnt do that. I moved out because of the increase in crime. Shortly after they did find out what ------- was doing and fired her but I still owe them money for supposedly breaking the lease. Wouldnt you break the lease if you were threatened' YES. Anyone would. My sister in law moved out and broke her lease after ------- was fired and she doesnt owe them a dime. Even the owners of the building are jerks. Also, the maintenance man offered to 'smoke a bowl' with me and my husband....Talk about unprofessionalism....would never recommend and I hope that crack house building gets shut down.

This is wrong! I was never the manager at the pennhouse! You say you lived there 2004-2005, well I didn't even work for the management company until late 2006! I feel sorry for you that you have to lie to be vindictive for whatever reasons you may have!I have reported this review to the website to be removed. You broke the rules.
