My wife and i lived in the penn house apartments. We had cockroaches and we found out about half way into our lease that we had bed bugs. We informed management but they refused to schedule an appointment for bug extermination. We had to get rid of all our clothes preciouse memorabilia and ALL of our furniture. We moved there in the first place because we did not have much money, but it has put us out of a lot of money. Many things in the apartment broke, carpets were dirty when we moved in and locks on the front door were flimsy.The surrounding neighberhood was decent but felt unsafe at times.
