These apts. are brand new and already have serious problems. The neighbors said there was a plumbing leak and the lower floor had mold everywhere. There is mold in our A/C, mold on the kitchen floor, mold in the bathroom, mold on the baseboards. It?s a shame because they could have been really nice apts. Maintenance and the management company are not cleaning it up and not doing anything about it. They haven't even informed residents that there is a problem. Many residents are leaving. Call them and ask about the mold problem.
