Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
When we moved in everything was ok, then at some point this summer they turned off the heat to the pool, my son was only 11months. I am 27 and the water was to cold for me!! The hot tub has been broken for months now and when it is "working" it is dirty and luke warm.
The business center and fitness center are closed most of the time. The computers have been stolen, the fitness center vandalized, and now they are closed due to flooding. It seems these ammenities have been closed at least three times for months at a time.
When we moved in they didn't tell us they don't accept packages. We had to go to the post office 6 times this holiday season alone.
You could complain about these things if anyone was ever in the office. Half the time I call down there no one answers the phone.I have called the main headquarters four times no one has returned my calls. Nice huh'
