I resided at the Reserve from May 2001 through January 2006, during which time my rent, water, sewer, and trash were always paid on time or before. Additionally, at my own expense, the carpets were cleaned at least every 6 weeks -- this because I had pets and don't care for pet order. The apartment was left in excellent condition -- I have over 200 photos showing so. Still the management wants to keep $145 dollars for carpet dying and patching. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the carpet had had sections inlaid -- not matched or attached -- in at least 6 areas when I moved in. Because of this I was given discounted rent. Now I get to pay for it. Besides my personal issues, the overall condition of the buildings and site is dirty and disgusting. The continued deterioration is one of the reasons I moved. The hood of my vehicle was keyed, my tires slashed and the rear fender smashed while parked.
