We moved in June 2006. Parking is bad on one side of the complex, the other side has overabundance of parking. Lots of cars being stored by tenants. Trash everywhere, usually left by the tenants. Kids are VERY unsupervised; toys, clothes and food everywhere. They also like to throw the rocks that are everywhere and don't care if they hit parked cars. I twisted my ankle on the rocks that all over the parking lot and hallways. Maintenance is iffy. Outside lights constantly need to be replaced, but its not done until someone complains. Office staff are nice, not sure how helpful.
The pool is often dirty, even though I see the maintenance staff clean it every day. Also the pool is not heated and even in summer its too cold. There are a lot of smokers and they smoke wherever they want and leave cigarette butts everywhere. If you are a non-smoker, you can't open your windows or patio door without having a bunch of smoke come in.

Same here... at another Riverstone property. The manager here is good (Vivian) but I think that she is kind of stuck between a rock (crappy management company) and a hard place (trying to keep the tenants happy while working with an inadequate budget).
