Nice if you like the ghetto

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
This is the ghetto of the suburbs. I have lived here over 2 years and watched it go down the tubes. The property is not taken care of, young girls constantly fighting on the playground, and I don't dare go near the pool anymore. I'm actually debating whether to break my lease, it would be worth the money. Oh and on rare occasions do parents actually monitor their kids actions.
