I lived at The reserve for a total of one year, and I do have to say that the unsupervised children were an issue, and the overall grounds maintainence was sub par. In the winter, the sidewalks remained snow covered, and often times ice covered for days, and even weeks at a time. Other than that, the only complaint that I have, is that the rent was jacked up a considerable amount at lease re-newal time.

You get what you pay for right...? I know that the property ascetically has gone down hill due to the various management changes, but all in all the management in place has been trying to please. I've been here over a year, and I really think with the additions of a new shopping plaza, a new huge 24 hour fitness, and all the amenities you need just a few miles away, the area as a whole is not all that bad... Paying what you pay here for a 2 plus 2 and the sq footage you get, is quite amazing. Community is what you make of it. It presents us all an opportunity to meet our neighbors.. If any property has a discrepancy to be addressed it should not be a challenge to anyone who is a social being to recruit your neighbors in order to have and ask for the things that need fixed. I have been on the asking end of the property and they have always produced a result, granted on their time, but they have met my requests always... For now I think this place is quite nice, and with the economy crisis at hand, a lot of properties out there will be cutting corners for upkeep...
