Upon moving in, there was a condom wrapped around the bottom floor hand railing. I asked the grounds manager to remove it. More than 24 hours later, it was still there. He saw me moving in again and he finally came and picked it up. The grounds are filthy. Dog poo everywhere. My kids can't play at the play ground because it's discusting on the slides and in the tunnels (brown stuff everywhere, sticky areas like soda) and curse writing everywhere. The pool is most times discusting and the spa never works. Not sure what I'm paying for here! Management has turned over 2 times since I've been here and I just moved in the beginning of June. Wanted to stay in Cherry Creek School District but definately chose the wrong place. Would recommend somewhere else.
