I lived there a year ago for 8 mos. I really liked the management--they were very friendly and helpful, and they seemed truly to care about me. The apartment itself was in good condition for the most part. The cupboards in the kitchen needed replacing, however. The problems, though, were:
-It's on Hampden, so lots of traffic noise (including night road construction in the summer) is just part of the deal.
-The parking lot uses assigned spots, and there are only 2 visitor spots. People took my spot often, leaving me nowhere to park.
-I could hear my neighbor's TV quite well.
-The windows were drafty, making wintertime sleeping quite a chilly proposition.

All in all, if you need a place to live for a few months like I did, and can put up with the problems I described, then I would recommend renting here.
