Saddle Ridge

The title says it all!!!! But...the bad management I cannot stress enough. The manager AND assistant manager are both completely incompetent and have a big problem with returning phone calls. If you have a problem that requires maintenance help, you better just flag down the maintenance guys because the people in the office will loose your message. In fact, they have a problem with communicating anything. Getting through to the manager or even the assistant manager is like getting into fort knox. The one time I got through to the assistant manager she was sooo snotty and rude I called the main office. I got the run around there too. I can't ever seem to get a call back from these people and I am paying their salaries. Now they have gone condo and are selling these places. They can basically kick you out of your home whenever they like without a decent notice. Do your homework people.....there are alot newer and nicer places much more reasonably priced. I have seen alot of the staff come and go, but this new manager is the WORST. She will apologize over and over again, but NEVER resolves anything (she will give you every excuse in the book). Be sure you get some details on the mold problem and the cockroaches. I can't seem to get any straight answers on either subject. Once they reel you in you're gonna get the shaft. DON'T MOVE IN. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
