Okay, I have been living here since last year. I have never seen cockroaches, mold or sexual favors in the parking lot. I think some of these residents need to get a grip on reality. The floor plan here is great, at least the 2 bedroom is. I've never had a problem, except for our dishwasher, and it was fixed right away. I can always find a parking spot, and the property is always clean. Whenever I have guests, they commment on how cute the set up is, and how there is no wasted space. That, on top of the good service, makes this place worth living at. And to mention someone's name and spread a vile rumor about them doing god knows what in the parking lot, shame on you people. That is beyond petty, bordering on vindictive. If you don't like someone fine, maybe she didn't get the staff in your place to change your lightbulb right away or something, but don't be so pathetic. Those women are consistently pleasant to the resdidents.
I would recommend this place.
